I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. I want to share something that I learned years ago. This is something that is easy to do and takes no equipment.
Yes this has to do with exercising, but don’t worry it takes no time at all. Have you seen the people especially women that have a butt that looks like it is running right into their butt. Maybe you have a butt like this or you just want to lift your butt and firm it up.
This is really easy! Just squeeze your butt cheeks together. Some would say it’s like pinching off a loaf. Then relax and squeeze again. You can do this while sitting at your desk, at the dinner table, or driving in your car. It takes nothing special and anyone can do it.
So you squeeze your butt and release, then keep doing it for as long as you want. Now you might be sore the next day so don’t over do it. You’re using muscles you haven’t used in a while. I just do it when I think about it, I also do it in time with the music when I’m in the truck.
